At least 15 daily Civitas papers in Ohio, some of them partners in the Your Voice Ohio project, have been sold to AIM Media Management, a company headed by Jeremy Halbreich, former president and general manager of the Dallas Morning News and later the CEO of the Chicago Sun-Times.
The Toledo Blade posted a story naming the papers.
Editor & Publisher published a profile of Halbreich as he stepped down at the Sun-Times, where he oversaw the company’s bankruptcy.
